Months full of L.O.V.E

Hi Peeps,

Finally!!! i mean for real, like finally... i can squeeze sometimes to update my blog again after chaotic months running back and forth, 4 weddings to attend + flew 4 different cities. a perfect description of a restless soul, i hate to admit that i'm kind of missing the time where the only thing that i'm looking forwards being home is like lying flat the entire day doing completely nothing like how i used to spent my weekends most days back then.

1st wedding (Singapore)
2nd Wedding (Medan)
3rd Wedding (Bandung - Lembang)
4th Wedding (Padang)

Spent a good 5 days in Medan, my 1 and only bucket list was to try La Maison Pâtisserie which is highly raved among the indonesian and it's taking over the instagram. so how can a sweet tooth like me missing it out? no way, i ain't going home without a taste of their house specialties

Assorted Macarons



That's Durian macaron that covered in protective wraps, so that the smell wouldn't get into other flavours. bought a dozen home, couldn't remember exactly how much it was. but there's additional charges for premium flavour, i think Salted Popcorn (best seller) is my favourite of em' all.

Flew to Jakarta on the following weekend to gathered with le besties, not sure should i be shameful not? but twas my first time in the capital city on indonesia. LOL. First impression? HAWT!!! omggggg... the heat tho, unbearably insane. 
next, we went on our first stop for a bountiful lunch at Putien Restaurant before heading to Bandung. fuel our hungry tummies with some yummeh foods

PUTIEN Sweet & Sour Pork with Lychees
(Deep fried to light golden brown, the meat is tender and moist on the inside. The lychee is a perfect complement with its added burst of sweetness to the sauce)

Braised Bean Curd with Chinese Cabbage
(Homemade bean curd and chinese cabbage, flavoured with Putian seasonal clams, dried shrimps and dried scallops in a light, tasty broth)


Deep Fried Pig’s Trotters with Salt & Pepper
(Using only 7-inch pig’s trotter, it is deep fried to a crisp, deep brown, seasoned with salt and pepper that is rich in flavour. Sink your teeth into the crunchy skin, where it gives way to tantalizing treat of collagen)



Left Jakarta around 1pm and arrived in lembang-bandung around 5pm, traffic jam is definitely unavoidable at any city in indonesia. but ours wasn't that bad tho, at least our car kept moving. i was preparing my soul to have the car stuck for hours like those often reported in news (silly i know, but hey.. i'm first timer LOL)

check in our villa, load off our belonging and out we went to hunt for dinner. was reccomended by the groom-to-be to try on 1 of the restaurant near by that serve varieties cuisine Spanish, Wester to Traditional local dish.

I had salmon risotto which end up with a huge dissapointment, the salmon was definitely lovely. but the risotto was completely undercooked, i can literally taste the powdery texture on my mouth when i chew on the rice. #ugh
The place was nice and cozy, make a perfect spot for a casual hang out and chilaxing. 
the cocktails and wines are cheap too. worth a try, and oh.. to wash off the feast

Returned to our villa, bath, and all ready to bed after a long tiring day.. i was in the restroom and came out to be surprised by all my friends, awwww...


Instantly turning 29 that night LOL, epic failed for buying wrong numeral candle but i still love you guys to the moon and never be back XD i just wanna take this opportunity to Thanks all of you who took the time to wish and showers me with you kind and sweet blessing both personally or thru my social media.

It was late, and everyone's called it a night especially the 4 of us (bridesmaid) as we need to get up as early as 4am for a makeup session.

Waffle Slayer @ Kampong Bahru

Hi Peeps, Good Morning, I Miss youuuuuu... #sugarhigh LOL. hope everyone is doing great :) I know, i hasn't been keeping up with this space of mine lately, so to make it up to you I'm just gonna run a quick updates on my last visit with le gf to one of the newly open café. Waffle Slayer This café is situated just right next to Stranger Reunion, you can read my previous post HERE owned by the same owner of Stranger Reunion as thier extended business service based on their best selling butter milk waffle. Menu Isn't it's a bit hard to see?
