Bangkok {Day 2} pt.1

My day 2 in Bangkok is still not far from the 'F' factor (i'm talking about Food, not the F you imagine) LOL.
we started our journey by taking our hotel complementary tok2 ride to the main busy road and continued with a cab down to Pratunam Market.

Hopping from one place to another via cab in Bangkok is so inexpensive, our average fare to many tourist attraction just around ฿80 - 150. but of course it subject to the place where you stay.

Some random picture taken before crossing the bridge to Pratunam market, those monks statue look so real. it's like real human seating there.

after hitting the market, we were having a bit trouble looking for some at least 'non pork' food because 2 of our friends are muslim. it really is a hell lot of trouble LOL, it's like a treasure hunt to find a eatery that serve 'pork-free' food. so after a huge merry go round, we finally found a road side shop that sells chicken noodle soup.

ก๋วยเตี๋ยวไก่ (/Ǩwyteī̌yw kị̀/) ฿40
Chicken Noodle Soup

I think i'd prefer the pork boat noodle obviously, this is just a normal bowl of chicken soup to be honest.
kind of having the instinct that this wouldn't be satisfying enough, so i ran and get myself a mama grilled fish

Salt coated grilled Tilapia ฿50

'Less is Better' that's precisely the best quote to describe how this simplest dish taste like. seasoned just with salt all over intacted fish scales and grilled to a right level of doneness, crispy on the outside and super juicy in the inside. this is no doubt a must try people!  fresh, simple & good, not forget to mention the serving size is quite huge, approximately about 500 grams and above also comes with refreshing tangy spicy sauce. thumbs up!!

Done with the brunch, the rest of the time just spent accompanying our friend to shop for her online shop clothing. saw a lots of people dragging luggage back and forth, busy filling all the apparels and accessories and shop like crazy. for once, i felt like i've been such a good girl that i'm literally end up buying nothing LOL. really nothing to buy, nor to resist from buying.
i just really don't find the clothing suit my taste and preference, roaming the whole market only got myself buying 1 piece of necklace which was just to pair for my dinner outfit. that's it FML

unlike the girlfriend was like bagging 3 piece of clothes in different color from each store she entered, crazy women. perhaps i'll did that too, if it was for business purpose LOL.
while the girl busy with her hunt, i'm giving my mouth some exercise to keep me awake. snack time!!

Pork balls ฿20

Yums.. balls of porky, covered in signature thai chili sauce. it made a perfect companion for the bored souls, hahahahah
after hours of walk, Levi and i end up waiting for the girl in McD until she's satisfy with her purchases. took a tuk2 ride to Siam Paragon for some sweet tooth indulgence

Curious over what we had? Stay tune for Day 2, part 2 ;)
