Whimsical DIY Nail (chapter 7)

Hi Peeps,

Waddup? Hope ya'll doin' great.
I decided to run a super quick nail update as i wouldn't be able to post up on this coming Friday, extremely occupied with the office work load.

so i just gonna put this entry today, using this nail sticker that my sweet colleague gave to me few days back.

(PS : Wai2, if your reading this *which i believe you secretly do check on my blog updates. hahaha... i just wanna say Thank You ღ )

Here's what i used :

(Left - Right) :

* Korea nail sticker
* OPI Nail Envy
* Sally Handsen Complete Salon Manicure in shade 'Grass Slipper'
* Sally Handsen 'Mega Shine' Top coat
* The Face Shop, faceit shade 'GL111'
* Scotch tape
* Lining nair art brush/Toothpick

(Step 1) Cut the Scotch tape into small strips as below

(Step 2) Apply base coat

(Step 3) Picking up the desired sticker design and place it onto the Ring and Middle finger nails.
adjust by gently press each side of the finger nails to remove any air bubbles, and cut out the excessive tip to make it easier on file-ing the nails.

(Step 4) Place the strips tape onto your Pinky, Index and tumb finger nails.
i would suggest to place maximum of 2 strips, (*IF you have a petite nail bed as mine) so that it wouldn't be too overwhelmed and 3 strips on the larger finger nail. read : Tumb

(step 5) Paint all the 3 taped finger nails with 'Grass Slipper', and remove the tape quickly soon after the finger nail fully painted (to avoid semi-drying polish which will rip off the design as you remove the strip tapes)

(Step 6) Underline the strips by using the Faceit Glitter Gold polish

(Step 7) Apply Top coat for lasting wear (Note : some of the top coat may not always work on stickers and nail polishes, I've experienced couple of bad mani where post applying top coat the mani turn mate instead of glossy or nail sticker which curl/wrinkle up after top coated as what i had)

But that's alright, bonus 'texture effect', pretty still

Andddd.. that's it for today, have fun trying.
and if you guys going to recreate this nail look with your on color combination and design, feel free to Tag Me Instagram.
i would loveee loveeeee to see your recreation ; )

Till Then,
Have a Great Day

Much Love ♥
