Whimsical DIY Nail (chapter 6)

Hi Peeps,

It's finally Friday again, mehn.. the week runs fast. or am i the only 1 who feels that this year pass so quickly? we are like less the 7 weeks to welcome 2014. anyways, i hope everyone had a blissful 2013 by far.

Today, i'm gonna give you a little virtual sweet treat. YES.. i'm talking about chocolate cupcake top with cream cheese strawberry frosting, sprinkles and Cherry.
couple of dark chocolate cookies with milk chocolate chips, Umm.. sounds 'calorific' didn't i? hahaha..

Well, ladies if you're on a tight diet do stay still.
need not worry about counting the calories, because good news is that it ain't make you fat. obviously it just a nail do LOL. I'm in a bit of sweettooth kick, so i decided to create some cute sweet nails.

Here are what you need :
(side Note) :
whenever i say 'here are what you need' is basically refer to the products i use to create this nail look, but that doesn't mean you guys have to follow and buy the exact product which i used/shown.
seriously guys, i completely encourage all of you to go for whatever you have in hand (just utilize anything you have already owned) we're talking about 'Creativity' when it comes to nail art, i believe many of you can definitely do better than me which i have no doubt on that.

(Left - Right)

* Sally Hansen (Mega Shine) Top Coat
* OPI Nail Envy, i use this as base coat
* Dotting tool or if you don't own any just simply use toothpick
* OPI "Alpine Snow"
* Nicole by OPI (Hard-Kourt Fashionista)
* Baby blue and Pink polishes
* Bourjois paris (1 seconde) shade 37
* Nail Art polishes in various shades (i got this from Daiso priced at $2/each)

Basic Start off, apply base coat to protect your nails.

Paint your pinky, ring, middle and thumb finger nails with OPI "Alpine Snow"

and Baby blue polish on the Index finger nail

Once your painted nails dried off, apply Nicole by OPI (Hard-Kourt Fashionista) and create this little rectangle shape using the polish brush.

Next draw some OPI "Alpine Snow", by using the smaller tip of the dotting tool/toothpick outline and in line the rectangle shape which you have already created earlier (ensure it's dried before you proceed) don't worry about the shape of your drawing, it doesn't have to be perfectly lined.
please excuse some of the blurry pictures, my cam battery was running low mid way thru so it hardly focus to capture the objects

Unfortunately my rectangle wasn't completely dried, but that's okay it gives some extra 'cartoonist' effect tho *excuse LOL

Now, ready for some frosting? okay, draw the pink polish and by using the bigger tip of the dotting tool/toothpick top your cupcake in wavy motion.
if you have a broad nail bed, bless you!! it will be so much easier and fun to do any kind of nail art on a 'bigger space', while i'm just have enough to cover.

White chocolate sprinkles and Cherry time

Alright peeps, now you are done with the cupcake. let's bake some dark chocolate cookies!!
simply apply Nicole by OPI (Hard-Kourt Fashionista) on the middle finger in any shape you like your cookies to be.
me? i'm just gonna make it 'shapeless' LMFAO

Once it dried, moving on to add some milk chocolate chips and outlining.

Are we done yet? NO WAY! let's make some rainbow statement 'box' for your treats.
line your thumb, ring and pinky finger nails with nail art polishes.

And that's a wrap peeps, enjoy your colorful sweet treat

Till Then,
Have a Great Day

Much Love ♥
