HATCHED @ Holland Village (Brunch)

Hello Peeps,

How did you spent your lady weekend? i had an awesome one hopping around town, spent some 'sisterly' bond time with me girlfriends which it's been a while since the last time we gets to hang out thru the day *eventhought it was unintentional.

Last Sunday we head down to HATCHED @ Holland Village for some tummy satisfying brunch.
i kinda regretted for not taking pictures on the store surrounding because it was packed that we end up seated upstairs and i was mad hungry to bother snapping here and there.

So, here are some of the 'little bit' pictures

Thought the 'cartoonised' catalog was cute tho :D

Yes, that's the only 2 pictures.
hahaha.. no i'm kidding, me, us, and OUR FOOD!!

(my hunger is taken me over, couldn't even took a proper pictures) so please excuse me for the 'quirky' version of not so eye-catching photos

Poached Pammy 'Sir Benedict' is their very own spin classic egg benny, comes with half an english muffin, top with smoke salmon ham, streaky bacon, poached eggs covered in hollandaise sauce and served with homemade mash potato.

i personally feel the pouched egg wasn't as good as what i had in Five and Dime Eatery, specifically on the egg yolk, it just not runny enough to me but the rest of it are good.

Frying Fred 'Croque Madame' grilled ham & cheese sandwich with a fried egg on top, served with steak fries.

Scrambling Sam 'Papillote' smoked salmon folded over scrambles egg on toast, topped with sour cream and served with sauteed breakfast potatoes & tomato.

Just so, we nom-ing away.

and my satisfied face

Much Love <3
